Shipping Policy

1. Handling Time

1) Usually orders after payment will prepared within 48 working hours before shipping. When meet holidays or weekends, may have a little bit delay.

2. Shipping Options

1) Express Shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT express

2) Standard Shipping: EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

Note:For some EU countries, like United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some TAX-FREE channels for shipment. Shipping declared value we will write lower than real value.

EMS Shipment

For Russia, Brazil, etc. countries, TeslaGX may choose EMS as the default shipment directly. If you have chosen Express shipping or have special requirements, we will notify you via email.

EMS will take about 15-25 working days.

Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping method likes DHL, UPS couldn't reach Russia. In this case, our customer service will provide you some instructions.

CUSTOMS TAX

It is every buyer's duty to pay for customs tax when purchasing goods from other countries.

Some countries may need a tax ID for shipment, to pass customs in such countries, you must add the customer's TAX ID to the shipping label.

Remote Area

If your address is a remote area, there will be an extra remote cost (around 38usd) for the shipment.

We hope it arrives on time but since this is an international delivery, shipping time will be highly dependent on the Courier Company and local customs/duties.
